Wilson Manufacturing has brought its newest tooling solutions to Labelexpo Europe in Barcelona.

At Stand 4A28, Wilson’s experts are on-hand discussing their core product line—engraved and solid dies, flexible dies, magnetic cylinders, print cylinders, and waste management tooling.

Wilson’s flexible dies and magnetic cylinders have been backed by world-class support. Plus, the team is welcoming attendees to the booth to troubleshoot their latest diecutting issues.

On the anvil roll side, Wilson is touting products that enhance efficiency and have been cryogenically treated to produce higher durability.

“At Wilson, we’ve adapted by investing in customized, advanced CNC machining, quality raw materials, and proprietary hardening and coating processes that enhance longevity and consistency,” explains Joe Fischer, technical manager, Wilson Manufacturing. “Customization is now the norm—dies are no longer just tools; they’re critical components of an optimized converting system.”

Some of Wilson’s newest products include the Extreme enhancement for its S100 and A100 steels to offer even greater durability and performance in demanding applications.

“We’ve also launched advanced adjustable anvil systems, which allow for micro-adjustments on-press to compensate for material variation, as well as extend die life,” adds Fischer. “Additionally, our line of flex dies for digital converting continues to grow, meeting the rising demand from short-run, quick-turn environments without compromising on cut quality.”
